You can see pretty much all the changes from those. Ferrari's UV's are awful

Go to your F1 2018 game folder >asset_groups>f1_2018_vehicle_package>teams>ferrari>wep and open ferrari erp file. Select decals_da and import decals from file you downloaded. then find paint_d and import livery from the same file. remember to save mipmaps
