Sounds ENGINE SOUNDS IN THE GAME ASSETTO CORSA

TODAY WORKING WITH A MORE REAL ENGINE SOUND FROM THE MCLAREN MP4/8 BY ASR MODS, I REALIZED THAT IT WAS THE WRONG ENGINE TONE.

USING THE "FMOD BANK" SOFTWARE, I EXTRACTED THE FILES TO THE .WAVS EXTENSION, EDITED AND REPLACED THEM IN THE RIGHT TONE, LIKE THE REAL SOUND OF THE ENGINE.

PLEASE NOTE:
I NOTICED THAT THE GAME INCREASES A TONE ABOVE, AFTER EDITED, RUNNING WITHIN THE GAME.

EXAMPLE: IF YOU WANT TO PUT A REAL ENGINE TONE, YOU HAVE TO MAKE A TONE BELOW, BEFORE MAKING THE REBUID, SO THAT THEN THE TONE IS ONE TONE ABOVE, AS IDEAL, BEFORE COMPILING AND PLAYING IN THE READY FILE, IN THE CAR SFX FOLDER.

I've never tried making a soundbank, but the pitch shift you heard might have been caused by the particular car mod.
There's a couple features CSP supports in the extension/ext_config.ini file that the mod might be using to shift the pitch.
One way is with the [AUDIO_PITCH] section
the other is with the [AUDIO_PARAMETER_TRANSFORM] section

They do slightly different things, but either could have that effect.
