Cars Driver not showing up in CM Showroom

I want to swap the steering wheel following this tutorial

but I'm stuck on moving the driver. Driver is visible when i launch the game but in CM showroon doesn't appear.

I found if you just move the car a little in the showroom the driver will show up. Just ticking the box and waiting, it want.

I think we all know that. But with some cars the driver never shows. With one mod car, I don't remember which, you could see the driver inside the car through the front wind-shield but not through the side windows. Maybe this little info will prove useful in solving this puzzle.
