You basically need a premium membership to gain this permission, and indeed the permission to race.

First off Hello as that's my first post ever here.
As to the topic I hope rd will make the rules public as there are things people need to know before purchasing premium accounts as there are some stuff u need to have like team speak and possibly youtube acc to be able to post vids should you ever need to report a driver and there are some other similar stuff

@mane teamspeak is advised, but certainly not mandatory for our events. Same for youtube. You can also send incident videos via dropbox or similar. No need to create an account for that if you don't want to

You mean the racing rules and password section? Mainly because of the latter. Our password is our only way to ensure a good quality of racing in a secure environment.

The rules aren't anything special either, just our version of real life racing rules applied to virtual racing.

ok then just copy paste the rules to the pub coz there are stuff that i don't like in there and i guess there will be other people like me who will read them able to make a more informed decision
