Dayton amp - can’t get 2 shakers to seperate

hi guys, I just got a Dayton Audio BSA-200 and and 2 shakers but I can’t get anything out of the RH Chanel. I have hooked up both shakers But can only ever get 1 input to work from the PC.
Running a dedicated sound card and same happens in both simvibe and simhub.
If anyone has one hooked up please let me know.
