F1 2020 Customize Ai cars and Teams in Singleplayer Events

Hi! I would like to edit the teams that will race in my singleplayer events, like in LAN events. For example, I would like to make a championship playing Red Bull 2010, without having to challenge the Ferrari 2004 (it would be great to create a tournament only with the 2010 cars). If that's impossibile maybe a tool to reduce the max speed of the Ferrari 2004 to make the challenge more fun. Do you know if I can do this with Ego archiver or using another method? Hope i have explained myself.
