Bugfix helmets et Racing Suits for GTR Evo

Hi,

As you may have noticed, customs helmets and Racing suits are not displayed in GTR Evo.
I was expecting a bugfix by SimBin. Not seeing still arrive after the arrival of ON RACE, I took a look at the problem and corrected the bug.
- No online Mismatch
- Uninstaller included
- No change in your .ini files creation

PS: As I waited this long bugfix, 95% of my skins made for GTR Evo already have customs helmets and racing suits.
