[BUG] - APEX Modding Europa and Italian F430 Challenge

I keep getting an error message when trying to play the 'APEX Modding Europa and Italian F430 Challenge'. I was lucky enough to find the MOD lastnight. Does anyone have this installed on their rFactor directory?
