BTB Install Runtime Error

When I try to install any BTB tracks I get a runtime error?
I have downloaded the BTB tracks again but it made no difference, the error is in the image below, anyone able to help? Windows 8.1

Reboot! I couldn't uninstall RBR due to that dll file. Reboot usually fixes is.
Reboot -> find BTB Sweden > Install > then do other things on your PC
