F1M23 Blurry graphics

I know this a known issue in both F1 Manger 22 and 23 and i have the problem of blurry screen in F1 Manger 23. I have turn off TSR and also created a engine file but that didn't help. I have RTX 4090 graphic card.
Any suggestions on how i can fix this?

There is a mod in the F1 2022 part of this page for improvement to the graphics. It works for both connected to the resolution you're running.
