Hi all, just moved from UK to Canada today.
Brought my TX wheel with me thinking i could just get a new power cable/transformer/adapter.
However I failed to think about the fact that it's not like a labtop/phone where you just need the current for a charge but from several electrian's sites online it seems the different frequency of electricity(50Hz or 60Hz) means that the motor component may either work too slow, too fast, or may overheat/explode.
To add to the mix I have a 80inch TV sitting in front of my racing chair just begging me to give it a go, but I don't want to **** up the wheel without seeking advice.
Has anything imported their wheel from UK/EU to NA? Should I buy another TX in 100-125V version or just risk it and go balls out?
