Replace: max_chilton_helmet_d.tga in folder: F1 2015\f1_2014_character_package\drivers\2014-marussia_max_chilton\textures
I think that this helmet can also be used in F1-2015 - 2015 season and in F1 2014 for sure. So I included also the DDS-file of this helmet. (Marussia F12015-2014 helmet.dds)
