This Mod swaps the performace of the teams in reverse championship

note it is swapped from the real life 2022 championship, but the performance codemasters put in does not relect this, since they have not updated it some things may be off. extra note when playing i have noticed that in qualifying that teams are still simulated to where they would be originally be without the performace swap however in the race it works the way it should.
