DualSenseXLink

Unofficial companion app for DualSenseX by Paliverse. Utilizing DualSenseX's built-in localhost UDP communication, DualSenseXLink sends telemetry-based commands to modulate the DualSense controller's Adaptive Triggers and RGB lighting. The triggers can vary in resistance to help you feel the tires slipping or locking, allowing you to accelerate and brake with more precision.

These effects can be disabled per trigger, and more granular control over the strength and type of effects may be included in a future release.

Install

  1. Install Paliverse's DualSenseX by following the instructions on the GitHub page: https://github.com/Paliverse/DualSenseX
  2. Plug in your DualSense controller via USB
  3. Enable the UDP Port Listener in DualSenseX under Settings:

Leave the port as is unless you experience issues.
  4. Install this app by dragging the "apps" and "content" folder into your assettocorsa folder, or by simply dragging the .zip file into Content Manager
  5. Enable the DualSenseXLink app in Content Manager (if applicable). The app window does not need to be open to enable effects.

Looking forwards for the haptic implementation :D
Holy !#@$@# this is a MASSIVE difference.
You can feel when you're about to lock up and can gauge the throttle to avoid spinning out.

This is AMAZING.
Amazing. It's a game changer.
It is great, your efforts are appreciated, but I think it might break my controller at any moment! Light effects are the best
