Sol 2.1 RC3 support, Fixed some lighting issues with bad weathers, Added camera occlusion for tunnel

2.1 alpha 17+ only. New filters and new balance

Changelog:
- A3PP_Sol15 is now A3PP (remember to set it in video settings)
- (Old) A3PP is deleted
- A3PP_SolAE is deleted
- New filter: A3PP_Photo (better glare and DOF but heavier)
- Added more brightness at night
- Changed balance between ambient and lit parts (restored blacks)
- Restored godrays and sun glare

Many fixes with color palette and temperature. Performance fixed with Sol15 version

Use it to make A3PP as you wish. After a change, click to Reset Weather on Sol app to apply it
