ive just had a idea why dont teams and fsr have a young drivers test during the season or after or before the season cause its a good way of seeing what drivers are capable of instead of relying on the hotlap times why dont teams go live on the server or get teamspeak and speak to the driver as he is on circuit to get used to the car and to improve in the corners and there lap time its only a idea

I dont really see the point of this, if you want to join FSR you do a post, then teams will be interested or not.

We could schedule a day for this, but I also don't see a huge point in doing so. The best way to recruit drivers is to look at these forums or hang around on FSR server which is on 24/7, a lot of new drivers there everyday.
