Why racer_nocg.exe is so dark?

Hi guys, finally I passed from racer 0.8.6 to 0.8.39, so I tried both the programs, racer.exe e and racer_nocg.exe but i noticed that the no CG scene is very very darker than CG version and 0.8.6.

0.8.39 CG

0.8.36 no CG


How can i solve this? Here attached there's my racer.ini file.
