Which Temp folders are safe to delete in Win 7?

I want to create some free space on my harddisc. I notice several temp folders in Win 7 that contain GB of files. Do i really need those?

Which folders are absolutely safe to delete?

You are able to delete anything that is in the systems temp folder if you are not actively using any other program. The name TEMP is meant to be just that TEMP

I regularly (every few days) clear out C:\Windows\Temp and C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Temp if they are the ones you mean?, some programs may also add (IIRC it's usually older programs that aren't fully Win7 friendly) something like C:\Temp which I delete if the program that created it is not currently running. Do you have others in mind?
