Which cars lose traction when you brake into a turn? Is it normal?

I was wondering if the car behavior is normal.

when i take a turn, i tend to brake into the corner (press brake and turn, this adds to the turning resistance in the wheel, but turning is more effective)
This is the way cars behave in rfactor 2 and ACC.

In AMS 1, when I drive the mods from a Ferrari F430 vs porsche 997RSR pack, the cars behave differently.
In AMS1, the steering wheel keeps becoming loose instead of tighter when I do this braking into the turn.
The porsche responds a bit better better (has more turning resistance) but still has some wheel loosening at the turns.

Do I take it that this is a loss of traction?

When I do the same thing in AMS1 using the P1 cars, they handle beautifully. Braking is powerful, turning is effective, and the wheel resists, and I can take the turn nicely.

Is the ferrari and porsche supposed to behave this way?
