Where is the list of mod downloads?

Hi
I posted the below and got a reply,

However the new download place does not have all the mods of the old download place.
eg: I'm trying to find ModMates cam mod, I know it exists but cannot find it in the 'new' resources section but it is in the 'old' download section but I could not have found that only for the fact that someone replied and send me a direct link.

How do I find BTB Xpacks that have been uploaded without trawling through each & every download that RD has as there seems to be no mention of the BTB Downloads anywhere on the download page....
Or has it gone like the rFactor(1) download section?
I was hoping to upload some Xpacks & tutorials for BTB (for now) & was hoping (one day) to release my tracks via RD as I don't wish to use rFcentral now it's owned by Simraceway's IGT.
