I think what I'd like to do is have a thread of just communications like some of the other makers have. I like to keep everyone up to speed on what is going on with their orders and pride myself on effect, quick and accurate communication - none of my many customers can say I'm hard to find!

In time I will make the formal requests and so forth for this and appreciate the fine efforts of RD and their professional staff.
