F1 2010 When do I need to sign a contract by in Career?

Hi guys, sorry if this has already been asked. I'm heading into the final race of the season. I have a contract offer from Torro Rosso, but I really want to drive for Sauber, and I just got to the reputation level necessary to do so. However, I do not have an offer from them yet. Do I need to sign a contract with Torro Rosso NOW before the Abu Dhabi GP is over, or can I wait to see if Sauber sends me a contract and sign with either them or Torro Rosso after the race in an "off season mode." So in short, when do I need to sign my contract for next year by, before the Abu Dhabi GP is finished or in an off season mode?
