I use content manager + Sol 2.2.2 + CSP 0.1.79 preview5 and I have a problem, in the championships (single player) I don't have wet tires available, while in the other modes such as "race" or "practice" I can select them and use them quietly. I have tried several cars and tracks (including the original kunos) without solving. Extended physics, Sol and Rain FX activated and working, it rains but no wet tires, I repeat only in the championships. Problem with the mod or am I doing something wrong?
