USB Monitor Controller Board

Hi all,

I am constructing a wheel with a PCU-8D style display. I would like to connect it using an USB connector. I have a 4.3-inch panel and have trawled the internet to try and find a board to connect the panel to the PC which doesn't require a separate power supply. Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions?
