Let's fill up the grid! You can ask other drivers to race with you by using the tag function of the forum. Just type an @ directly followed by the user name and this person will receive a notification. Example @@RaceDepartment

Our racing clubs are foremost meant to gain online experience so please help other drivers out when they have questions about the event, the car, the track, the setup or a combination. This is not a league race, it's not about who wins, it's for some fun, so please join us on TeamSpeak and build a little community spirit! The more fun we make it, the more inclined people will be to join in and make the grids bigger.

    Priority access
In case of a large amount of sign-ups premium members are given priority access to enter this event.

I would just like to remind everyone these club events are just for fun. No matter if you are posting record lap times, or if you are vastly off the pace, how fast or slow you are does not matter. As long as you are able to follow the rules, and be courteous towards other drivers, you have something to contribute as well as something to learn from others. Please don't be discouraged by how well you know the car or track. If you are someone who is normally competing for podiums, but you don't know the track, look at it as a test of your instincts and an opportunity for the slower members to place higher. I realise everyone wants to be competitive, but this results in lower sign ups as people tend to shy away from events they are not as fast in. So please, sign up for events you are slow in as well. This is all about the fun and the learning experience, leagues will come later for all the :alien:'s.

  4. I really wish I could join the US events again but I have class all the time now on the days you pick. =[ Hopefully come November I'll have some time.
  5. You people always pick your silly educations over racing. Pfft! Filthy casuals!

Can't remember how late you can sign up for these but if there is still time I would be happy to fill in the grid a bit. So, if still possible sign me up. Thanks and if not possible, no problem.

Had a really tough sort of race.

I never really felt comfortable with the car and track combo here and it showed. I could do some decently fast laps, but I had no consistency. After starting well I ended up spinning off the exit of the double right hander in sector 1 3 laps in, which lost me about 15 seconds. I could manage to string 5 or 6 laps together that would gain at least half a second on Joao, but I'd lose all that due to mistakes as a result of pushing that much. Being sick didn't help either I guess, coughing every 30 seconds got quite annoying especially when they always seemed to happen at the bits of the track that need the most concentration. :p

Oh well, consistency was the game around here Joao won that quite easily, so congrats on the win. :)

Good race...I don't know what it is with this track, but I keep picking the wrong braking point on several of the curves. Don't think I was able to string two good laps together the entire race. Who knows...maybe I was just too tired or something :p
