Unable to open Racer 0.8.32

Hi, I used to play it on my Desktop, but my Screen stopped working, so I'm using a old notebook, and tried to install racer...

I downloaded the 0.8.32 from the forum, extracted it, and tried to open, and I got this message: http://i1128.photobucket.com/albums/m495/Andreas_Specht/1.png

my notebook is a:
Inspiron 1525
T7250 2.0ghz
2gb ram
Intel GL960/GM965 Chipset
with Windows 7 Ultimate 32bits

can please someone help me?
