Tyre compound

Hi all,

Is there a way of changing tyre compounds in raceroom? I see the option in car setup but it’s greyed out! I the physics model set to real and have fuel use and tyre wear on.

No only the formula car has multiple compounds

The FR X-17 has Soft, Medium and Hard compounds, while the FR US has Primary and Alternate compounds.

I mainly use GTR3 cars, I do play around with other classes but I love GTR3 and the BMW M3 Hillclimbe just for noise it makes!

I’ve only just started play sim racing, I have played Gran Turismo and Forza titles but they just didn’t offer the the immersion and realism that you get raceroom and Assetto Corsa.

Bah, everyone says that at first but you needn't worry. Our clubs are for all levels of drivers, complete beginners included. Since you'd be sharing a track and TeamSpeak with other racers I can almost guarantee that you'd learn a lot more a lot more quickly than you will driving offline against the AI.

But it's all good, jump on in when you're ready. Any questions then feel free to ask.
