Top Gear track preview fix - For those who want a unified look

A little fix to make the preview more like the original ones:
- Updated track logo and layout to match Kunos' style
- New backround image from an in-game screenshot
- Updated description

To install it put the contents into the track's ui folder. (assettocorsa\content\tracks\topgear\ui)

I've found th track while looking for mods on google. It's not the best quality but we don't have a better option http://assettocorsa.club/mods/tracks/top-gear-test-track.html#en
