  1. Hi mates,
after viewing STC sponsor TheGameHoster our team has decided to buy a 16 slot private server from them on 29 jan 2010 regularly paid in order to intall mods and tracks we needs (STC training and our internal champ).
I have sent them many emails ... without replay from TGH.
On 4 feb 2010 they setup e public (!) server with default wtcc '06 and tracks (useless for us).
Until now we have neither replay from them nor the server (and ftp / remote desktop access) we have requested.
Is this their way to work or is a company in trouble?
Somebody have more info about them?
  2. The best way to contact them is via Teamspeak.

  4. hopefully, thanks for asking Xosé.
(But is it so difficult for them to replay to my email?)
I will keep you informed about.
    Thanks again Xosé,

I don't know mate, I think they have any mail problem, I contacted them via website support this time and was very fast, no answer also for me to the mails.

  6. Yeah found out email doesn't work so good with them, but Teamspeak works perfect, always someone there to help you.
  7. for your info ... WE HAVE THE SERVER
Server up, ftp enabled, Remote desktop enabled.
    Thanks guys
  8. TGH is a really serious company, I was a bit cinfused with your problem Flavio, as they use to answer fast. Now we know it is because the email problem. :)
