Here is a movie of the current sorry state of Donnington park in the UK.
The ex-Moto Gp and one time F1 circuit is now in a sorry state of disrepair, They are hoping to get it back to national standard but the damage has already been done. Donnington is one of the oldest tracks in the Uk going back to 1931.

I have been going to this circuit for my whole life as I live 15 mins from it. Its such a terrible shame. I have fond memories of going to the motorcycle Grand Prix every year as a child.

It wouldnt supprise me if it turns into a housing estate in the future.

  2. A sad ending to a track that has become a victim of FIA's stupidity :(
  3. This whole debacle depresses me. Seeing the track like that makes me cry... D:
  4. verry sad to see Donigton in this state, fingers crossed they can rebuild it someday.
if someone goes and makes it a housing estate he should burne in hell

Even i was lots of damning and swearing to this track when i was playing TOCA 2 : The BTCC game in old times, i'm really sad to see this Legendary Track in this condition.

I hope a rich person or a group will save the Track. That's a big possibility imo.
  7. It better come back, just the way it was. If they build a load of houses on it they deserve nothing more than to be burnt to the ground, along with the FIA.

Such a shame that iRacing didn't scan it before it was changed, at least it would have been preserved in a virtual form.
  8. Just see if we can help, shall we?

If anybody wishes to contribute to the save donnington park fund you can go here to grab your self membership, £15 gets you a certificate and your name on a plaque at the circuit once its back (hopefully) £100 gets you the same above and an invitation to a members only track day.
