Texture not loading

I'm having a strange issue. I'm trying to make a track for rFactor. I exported the objects and tried it in game. It said there was an error loading a particular texture. I checked the mas file. That texture was there as it should be. Does anyone know what the problem is?

Is it with the first texture it tries to load?
Did you already load the track successful in the game before?
