F1 2011 Team strenght

S! After two GP of career, RBR and McLaren are at 0 points, while Sauber, Toro Rosso and Force India are at the top of championship... even Team Lotus, HRT and Virgin are top 10 teams with some points: a similar situation happen during qualify. Is there any mod to set team strenght to more real values?

In my career only not real result is Ferrari fighting with Red Bull and McLaren. Open your database file and try to find it out. "ai_tier_characteristics" would help.
