Just wait a little bit and you'll be able to see many retro skins done on the actual cars. There is a project going with the old V8s

There was a version for RF1 floating around, not to sure if its the same one been mentioned here, could see if the original maker to possibly convert it or give permission to convert it

I converted for my own use and made lots of updates to RF2, they a not included in this RF1 version.I also posted a couple of times to the original author if any further work had been done, he never replied.

Just to clarify, RSM(Rock Solid Mates) is not ORSM; different group mate.
To answer your question without taking too much of the threads time, no we haven't converted the Minis to rF2 publicly. Even behind closed doors the basic physics are all t All of the attention went to the V8 mod. At this stage, modding progress is on hiatus due to outside influences and also a lack of importance by S397 placed on providing vehicle modders with up to date information.
