My rear tyres are to hot, after 2laps. Is a harder compound good? Or is it just my setup?

Work with the dpi. Down = higher temp / up / lower temp.

Same issue, I am using hard tyres but it's hard to have the front right at the right temp, trying to change psi, and toe but it's not giving me satisfaction.

There are 3 compounds. I can keep the tires within reasonable temperature on the rear, I lowered diff power and softened rear suspension to do that. I still don't have a setup, still working on it.
