Strange bars in the sky

I have just downloaded Uzzis superb Road Atlanta track and have this odd 'barred' effect in the sky. I have seen this on a few tracks including Aintree but the weird thing is I am sure Aintree hasn't always been affected by this. Does anyone know what causes it?

when i`ve seen things like this before you have to turn your graphics settings to high.

yep put graphics on high will solve your problem!!!

Thanks to both of you. Moving texture details from High to Max solved the problem.
