Stock v8 2013 vs 2014

Are the 2013 stock car v8's any different than the 2014 cars? I am wondering if they have the same physics and tires or if there are any differences.

I'm not sure off hand about specs, but they feel different - or at least they did when they released the 2014 versions. The 2014s seem easier to stick to the road, less problem getting back on throttle, and the steering input is heavier, more resistant. The 2013s (although admittedly I haven't touched them in months now sadly) had lighter steering, a bit more twitchy. But that's just feel of course.

Would be interesting to know specifically the changes, yeah.

I assume we are racing 2014 models in the league then? I thought I read something somewhere that the 2014 gsce models had updated tires over the 2013 that were wider so if true that would go along with what you have noticed.
