    Ye Gods! :confused: That reminds me of the 1970 Mexican Grand Prix when they had to get Pedro Rodriguez to ride in a course car before the race and beg the spectators thru a megaphone to move back from the edge of the track. In the race, Jackie Stewart had to retire due to suspension damage after hitting a dog at 150 mph. :confused:

    Nevermind that, the race also had this:



    Thankfully only two drivers had minor leg injuries and the rest escaped unscathed.
