Spa-Francorchamps were the next stop on the Black Cup calender as STC headed to Team GG's home GP for round 6. The home team had a disapointing showing as both drivers, Jeremy Trotin and Oliver Hercek, failed to take the chequered flag.
There were happier faces in the Danielsson Motorsport Virtual camp as they re-gained the top spot in the champinoship with a stunning drive from Roland Ehnström. Ehnström were in a leauge of his own and outqualified the rest of the grid by over a second. It was the same story in the race. He won 33 seconds ahead of Roaring Pipes Maniacs Rami Kaukola.
Jack Keithley finished in a fine 3rd for DHR GP with teammate Mikko Korkiakoski right behind him. Depsite the good result for the team they lost the lead in the standings but only by three points. Mike Simian for FlatOut Racing came over the line in 5th despite having an off and losing valuable time. FlatOut Racing climbed from 7th to 5th in the standings as Simians teammate of the day, Kevin Clark, finished in a fine 10th.
Black Visor Motorsport driver Ben Tusting had a lonley race and took his Beemer across the finishline in 6th, five seconds ahead of his teammate Tim Hogendoorn. Tony Gunnarsson for DMSv2 finished in 8th. Hannu Karesola for RPM looked to be the main contender for the win after qualifying 2nd on the grid but it didn't work out for him as he finished down in 9th.
DMSv, DHR GP and RPM are all in for the title with 4 rounds to go with only 11 points seperating the three teams.
