u have to edit the tier column in f1teams. change tier 1 to tier 4 or tier 5 and save.

start the carrer, do whatever u have to do save it and close f1 2011.
go back to RDE and edit back to tier 1.

u have to bear with it as your teammate will be pretty lousy in the current season.
