Graham Laing Retired Staff Graham Laing Oct 7, 2013 #4 Sorry I did not think of this earlier, but it just crossed my mind about 20 minutes ago I have had this loss of sound problem with other games, and it is likely to do with your Windows sounds settings for communication devices. It is effected by programs such as Teamspeak, and very likely the VOIP employed by many games, including F1 2013. Windows by default will reduce the volume of other sounds to give these communication devices priority. Try changing your sound settings to this :- Control Panel > Sound > Communication Tab > Select 'Do Nothing' I have posted this an another thread over at Codemaster too ...
