is possible to change only the skin for the car used ? Not for the other ?

Not sure what you exactly mean by skin, so I'm going to assume you mean the livery. If so the short answer is yes. Here's how

Now if you want to do it during a career game (and I'm not 100% possessive on this) but I don't think you can. As that livery is tied to what ever team your racing for.
