hopefully sliversgyj would be able to help us figure it out. The app that fergo tech included seems very simple. I'm pretty sure to add support for other sims should be rather easy. I'm not a programmer, but would definitely be able to pay if someone makes an app for the arduino to support multiple games for sim wind.I saw that a while ago but I never worked out how to get the data from x-sim for the racers I was using
for i am not at home yet.i will show you the datail and code later.hopefully sliversgyj would be able to help us figure it out. The app that fergo tech included seems very simple. The communication from adrunio to x-sim is through USO interface.you may reference this post:Please do let us know how you got the software and fan running with x-sim. I've only managed to get it working on iracing so far using fergotech's method of driving PC 120mm fans. Would love to try it out with that fan you showed and have support on other sims.
Here's the link to what I followed. http://fergotech.net/diy-wind-simulation
How stable is the wheel mount with force feed back. From the pics on their site it doesn't look very stable but this seat look s to have most of the options I want. Here is my latest version:
Base rig: Fanatec CSL (bought it when it was still branded as Rinoseat)
Seat: Ultraforce GS-4
Wheel: ECCI 7000, with momo mod.29, sparco formula, and sparco 350 deep dish rims
Pedals: CST F1
Others: DSD button box, MH button box, SimVibe, Fanatec Seq Shifter, Triple monitors on Obutto R3V

Here's my current setup. still in the progress of getting the quick release system working. As the others, It's an ever evolving rig and I spend way too much time rig building, maintaining and fixing instead of racing. As of now the fans just work with iracing. Eager to getting them working on other titles. The gs-4 motion seat works great with all the simxperience supported titles now. The porsche wheel center cap is actually from an old fanatec wheel and i stuck it onto the Ecci momo team leather wheel and fits perfectly.
T500rs cool wheel
This is me and my cockpit in action. I use a Optoma HD200X for to get a 70" screen, with 65º of vertical FOV.
When I recorded that video I had a G27, but now I have a great T500RS.
