I think we will start with a dry race just to get everyone into the groove. And that will give me a bit more time on deciding on how I should proceed with the weather this season.

I'm fine with everything.

I can imagine having two forecasts, one forecast or simply no forecast at all.

Even knowing that there's some random weather would be thrilling.

It would seem a single forecast with wider range of probabilities of precipitation within each session might result in a lighter workload for you, But I'm good with whatever you do. Thanks for your time and effort.

I like both what Valter sais and what Peter sais.

To add on what Valter sais, a detailed forecast the day before race where it e.g. sais that there most likely will be rain in the race will make it "important" for everybody to practice some wet the last 24 hours. This I think is not the best because:
-Some don't have time to practice the last 24 hours
-Some can make the time, but it stresses their RL
-Some have time and motivation and can practice sufficiently

I think we will do like this, atleast for Silverstone:
We'll have just one forecast, posted one week before the race (wednesday evening). It will be pretty general, but will give you an idea of what the weather might be.

I vote for first (only) forecast seems much more real like in rl only the race day you know the weather, for us the race day (hour) we will know the truth

just to bring this back up to everyone what would we like to happen with the weather this season? was last season how you expected weather wise?, and will daniel be continuing to be prestos resident weather expert

For me it's all good...Daniel keep it up, last season we have good weather's.

Yeah would be great if Daniel likes to support us again.

Since he's got so much experience in supporting us with weather, I'd leave it completly to him how to do that (if he likes to at all).

I could also understand if Daniel doesn't have the time to do the job anymore. I'm very grateful how he supported us with weather so far.
