I think they made the SC just to stand still after retirements caused by the accidents
I had a race in Yas marina and alonso crashed to button alonso Retired and button got his front wing damaged but there was no sc i was driving as Vettel and on 1st ive seen Yellow flag conditions in my track map for sector 1 &2 but it was not deployed
i was using damage modifer update (1.9) and database of cowboy2 who tweaked for AI aggression

i Wish some one of RD fix this and make racing realistic as the Gp's upto some extent
