secon is ą, close to "on"
would be nice to have those special letters in game

Yea, it's an issue with the unicode used by assetto corsa. I believe you can fix it through a config, but it's only for your client. I've switched mine to say 'ae' instead of 'æ' now. Maybe you should do the same. Either way, it's hilarious listening to @Joseph Wright trying to pronounce my name, every time!
