Dacia Break Back Into Playoff Spot
The Logan's pick up a needed win and take advantage of the Moon Buggies loss. The Logan's won 2-1 against the Bedmobiles.
The Moon Buggies lost to the Mopettas 3-1 with the Moon buggies now sitting with 37 points whilst Brutsch still sit at the top with 51 points.
The Corvettes and Legomobiles are in a close battle in the Spoiler division as one point separates both teams.
Game 19

Top Teams Officially Locked Into Playoffs!, The Logans & Moon Buggies Battle Goes Down To The Last Game
Some of the top teams finally lock themselves into the playoffs after Game 19, whilst some teams didn’t win it was the results of the other teams within their division that was the determining factor as to whether they were locked in or not.
The big battle towards this later half of the season will conclude in the final game as the Logans and Moon Buggies fight it out for that last playoff position. With the Moon Buggies winning their game by default they get a nice 4 points and since the Logans lost against the Robins (2-1), both teams are now even on points with the Goal difference being the determining factor. It is without a doubt the biggest game of the season for both teams!
Leyland draw their fifth game in a row as despite being the top runner of the Spoiler Division they just can’t seem to find a win!
With Chevrolet’s draw against the Mopettas (1-1), the Corvette’s fall back behind in the points and have a huge task ahead of them for this next game! The Legomobiles would have to lose, and Chevrolet would have to be ahead in the Goal Difference in order to claim that last spot!

Moon Buggies Secure Playoff Spot, Brutsch & Leyland Division Champions
The Nasa Moon Buggies were in a tough situation in their last game drawing in the points against the Dacia Logans, if Dacia won, they had to win. Dacia had a close game, winning against the Caterpillar 797F’s 3-2 giving the Logans the four points they needed. However the Moon Buggies also won their match with a another close game against the Spoiler Division champions, 3-2. It went down to the Goal Difference, with a clear win with Moon Buggies +5 against the Logans -5 GD.
The Brutsch Mopettas and their coach @Andrew secure a second consecutive regular season division title after a very cool, calm & collected season ending with 57 points, 11 wins, 4 draws & 5 losses.
The Bentleys weren’t too far behind them, with a great season despite the two LBD’s finishing with an overall season high of 12 wins, along with 2 draws and 4 losses. They finish the season with 55 points.
The Leyland Minis turned their season around completely compared to RPS 21 being the top dogs of the Spoiler Division throughout. Whilst they haven’t seen a win in 6 games their strong start boosted them to the top and they finish with 53 points, 9 wins, 6 draws & 5 losses.
The Reliant Robins suffered some big losses hence their negative GD, however they got the wins which is what counts netting them 51 points, 10 wins, 2 draws and 7 losses along with 1 LBD.

The Playoffs!
Some information on how the playoffs will be run:
- Teams will face opposing teams of the same division, being seeded 1st vs 3rd, 2nd vs 4th.
- In the case of a draw, the team who scored first will be awarded an extra goal.
- In the event of no teams score at all, a rematch for that specific match will be held with a 24 hour deadline.
- Deadline will remain at 3 days (unless a rematch as stated above) for all teams to send their picks and each player will be tagged.
Here are your match rundowns for the Quarter Finals of RPS 22:
- Leyland Minis VS Caterpillar 797Fs - Leyland haven’t had a win in their last 7 games and they desperately need to seek some of that magic they possessed in the first half of the season! The 797F’s are no doubt mammoths and can easily crush the mini’s when it comes to weight and size, but will they have enough luck to win?
- Reliant Robins VS Ford Legomobiles - Famed for their three wheels and barrel rolls, will the Robins barrel roll their way through to the Semi-Finals or will the Legomobiles steer them into a legobrick wall?
- Brutsch Mopettas VS Bedmobiles - Smallest car in the field but the luckiest and therefore most successful this season. Last season their coach got all the way to the final but unfortunately lost, he’ll be hoping to take his team to the finals and to win this time around! The Bedmobiles have had a bit of a rough season but managed to fight their way up the points, can they stop the dominant Mopettas?
- Blower Bentleys VS Nasa Moon Buggies - 4 wins in their last 5 games the Bentleys have some great momentum coming into the playoffs and the last time these two teams faced off against one another the Bentleys won 2-1. However, whilst the Moon Buggies may have just scraped their way into the playoffs they can easily cause an upset if luck is on their side, will they have lift off and land in the Semi Finals?

Mopettas Dominate Early Against Bedmobiles, Robins & Moon Buggies Win In Draws
The Mopettas scored 3 goals early on setting a dominant tone for their playoff run as they win against the Bedmobiles 3-1.
The Nasa Moon Buggies win in a draw against the Blower Bentleys that ended 1-1, however thanks to the Moon Buggies goal early on they gain the extra goal and progress to face the Mopettas in the Semi-Final.

Amazing Comebacks Take Moon Buggies & Robins To Finals
The Robins faced off against the Minis in their semi-final and came out strong scoring the first goal. However the minis ended up fighting back scoring two consecutive goals thereafter. The Robins just needed at least a draw to win but ended up sealing the deal with two further goals ending the match 3-2!

Scoring three goals ended up giving them the win which blasts them off into the finals of the RPS Season 22 Playoffs with the match ending 3-2!

Robins Win Close Final!
The Robins win the playoff finals match and are crowned the champions of RPS Season 22! It was a tight game throughout, Robins came out and scored in their first pick, but the Moon Buggies fought back scoring two goals afterwards. What looked to be a game tied down by the Nasa Moon Buggies the Robins scored in the last pick making it a tie, but due to the rules of the playoffs the Robins therefore won!
That wraps up RPS Season 22, I'm extremely busy right now and can't find the time to add in any of the extra post season stuff i did in RPS 21 (hope you all understand).
It's been great moderating two seasons and I have really enjoyed it. I will definitely look forward to testing my luck and being the player rather than the moderator in the next season!

Thinking about it i believe this is the first time a Reliant Robin won anything against any other car in a competitive event.
Thanks for moderating @Slyfrequency gave me my first season win on RaceDepartment, so you'll always have a place in not just my memory, but also my heart
