We have 13 sign-ups, so three users were awarded byes into round 2. Those three were the top 3 of RPS19. @Tim.E, @Benutzername and @Andrew do not need to send me any choices. Everyone else was drawn at random into the positions they are now in and must send me 5 choices in any PM to me. I will send my choices to the bye users.
