  1. Does anyone know if the roadworks we encounter are static, or does the game randomly move these around the motorways that are in the sim?

I only ask out of curiosity, as driving south bound down the A1 earlier today, I encountered a patch of roadworks and just wondered if this would be there all the time throughout the life cycle of my career or if it will get finished and then the workmen head off to dig up a road elsewhere, lol.

If it anything like the roadworks currently in this country they will be there forever and you will never see anyone working on them despite SPECS cameras and a million cones protecting nothing but other cones.................reality sucks huh :)
  4. I have driven at least 500 000 km across Europe and focused on roadworks since I saw this thread, in my game, they're all static and never change the place.
  5. sfy

sounds just like the freeway system here in Utah......sadly.:(

Just like real life then huh :D

In this country we also specialise in opening a new road and then closing a lane again (for no apparent reason) for the next six months, whilst the ghost team does something(nobody is quite sure what they do btw), in fact I think they just use these roads as cone storage areas tbh.
