Rules:
If you have not entered the server and driven a few laps with fellow drivers before we go to qualifying you are to late for that session. Please think of your fellow drivers and get out on track with them, watch how they drive, you can't race with guys you have not seen drive.
We ALL brake a little differently and drive the corners differently, get used to how they drive and then we can all race more safely.
If you drop out of the server during qualifying you can return.

This is being held in our Club, using Club Rules, and should be driven in that spirit.

You'll need to use the GID plugin Click ME. I had a few problems using the GID plugin Every time I tried to start rF/HistorX, it crashed.
I found that this was because I had the "TeamSpeak 3 Overlay" plugin activated, and the d3d9.dll that GID uses must have conflicted with it.
If you're having similar issues, make sure that the "TeamSpeak 3 Overlay" plugin, OverWolf or any other similar program are de-activated

We had a couple of issues that some had no engine health using the GID hud but thanks to an observant member Roland Warmenhoven he got it working. Something to do with the version of the .exe and the HUD needs the previous one.
The sim still runs and works ok so if you use the HUD and your engine health remains at 100% you need to replace the rFacotr.exe with this one Click ME

Well... this event made it crystal clear to me once again that I am one of the aforementioned few GTL oldtimers that is and will be struggling to get used to this...

The event itself was very good, Glen is a nice track, and a lot of folks racing too! And Thanks! to @Yves Larose for sharing some setups
Racing the Elite was not unlike GTL just slower, but I could keep the car on track and had some fun laps with a few others. My race in the Abarth was a terrible mess though. Start was great, moved from way back up to 4th before T1, until someone I passed decided to be last-of-the-late-brakers, he nudged my Abarth around, leaving Matej, Andy and a few others nowhere to go but into my car.. At that point I didn't know who I'd crashed into so I decided to just wait for everyone to get going again.. After that I spun my car at least twice every lap so I then decided to call it quits as it just wasn't fun.

I am sure that in time it'll get better, I'll find my way around the menu's and stuff and I may learn how to drive this mod, but so far to me it's just different from GTL rather than better.

Regardless, I wanna thank @Rupe Wilson ,@Yves Larose ,@Steven Walker and everyone else who has dedicated their free time (and their server) to bringing us this mod and this event.
Thanks to all who were present to race, I'll try it again some time..
