Restoring default RealFeel settings

Hi,
How do I restore the default RealFeel settings to a given car? I was fiddling with them last night in the Formula Retro because I didn't like them. I was using the numpad method. Now I would like to get them back to how they were at the beginning but don't know how.

Also, I was experimenting with the standard rFactor FFB in the controller.ini file (with RealFeel off) and I read that if I run GSync it will restore them back to the defaults. Is that true?

If you have your game on steam do a integrity check, if it is the non-steam run the GSCSync.

Is that the only way? It seems a shame to do all that just to get the settings back. Is there no button I can push?

Also, if I GSync will that return my rF1 FFB back to defaults?
